If you're running iOS 164 or later on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Launch the Settings app.
2. Tap General > Software Update.

Instructions for Mac

On your Mac:

1. Go to the Apple Developer Program download page.
2. Find the iOS 18 beta and click Download.
3. If you don't see the option, try switching off Download iOS Updates Automatic in your Software Update preferences.

Instructions for Developers Beta

To install the iOS 18 developers beta:

1. Download the Apple Developers app.
2. On your Mac, go to the Apple Developer Program download page.
3. Find the iOS 18 beta and click Download.
4. Restore your device to factory settings and then install the beta software.
